Meet some of the Center's wonderful volunteers:

This is Debra Burke. She has been volunteering for the Center and our Member Groups since 1991!  Chances are, if  you call us on Friday, Debra will answer the phone!  She is a wealth of knowledge.  As a nutritionist by profession, Debra is especially interested in how our natural environment can impact our own physical and emotional health.  Debra has  recently started her own native plant nursery and is very knowledgeable of native plant species and the noxious weeds that take up their habitat and disrupt our ecosystem. She's always willing to share her knowledge so give her a call any Friday at the Center!  Thanks Debra!
 

This is Steve Gustafson.  Steve's been volunteering with us and our Member Groups for a couple years now.  Steve started off with the Center helping us coordinate and place volunteers.  Now, Steve helps us distribute our monthly events calendars throughout town and lends a hand at special events when he's not volunteering in the field doing restoration work, or helping out with the local biofuels club.
