Sweet Medicine (Choctaw) has extraordinary insight, heart and
powerful teachings. She reflects the ancient mysteries of
her lineage and mentors and guides others towards their
indigeniousity. She advocates the study of the sacred
universal principles and the global cosmologies for they are at
the core of creation and to this; we are all connected.
She offers not only her Lakota teachings from her elders, but
incorporated the teaching of her mound-building lineage of
medicine teachers.
She is the founder of Four Winds Foundation. A teacher,
lecturer and author, who walks her talk, Sweet Medicine calls
on her years as a Sun Dancer, pipe carrier and Ceremonialist,
in sharing, leading by example and guiding others
to do the same. Her profound abilities to empower, heal
and steer students through their personal challenges of life,
and one’s journey of personal renewal and deeper
connection with the stewardship of one's own life.
