Sep. 24, 2008- Great Earth Natural Foods, the Madras restaurant renowned for its organic deli, bakery and catering services, is spicing up Madras’s evening dining scene with new dinner specials.  The flavorful offerings are ideal for busy parents who want to provide quick, yet healthy, dinners while adjusting to back to school schedules.  “We want to offer natural foods in all categories,” says Troy Boyd, co-owner of the restaurant along with her husband, Garry.  “By offering new dinner specials, we expand delicious and healthy food alternatives throughout the day, and that pleases customers.”

Dinner specials range from Asian dishes, like soba noodles, to Italian and American dishes, and are posted on the Great Earth Natural Foods website, www.greatearth.biz. Entrees during the week include meat, fish and vegetarian selections.
The restaurant continues its regular deli, bakery and catering services, and sells items like natural food items, vitamins, soaps and creams.
